Amazon donates when you shop

Shop at and they’ll donate to the MNDA, at no cost to you.

Amazon is inviting all its customers to join Amazon Smile and donate to your favourite charity.

Each time customers shop at Amazon will donate 0.5% of the net purchase price for millions of eligible products. There is no additional cost or charge to customers or charities for this.

Customers who shop with Amazon Smile can choose a charity to support before they start shopping – and naturally we are asking everyone to set their preferred charity as the Motor Neurone Disease Association. You can then set your Amazon account to default to Amazon Smile each time you use them.

You can change to another charity at any time, should you wish, but we rather hope you won’t. :-)

It’s really simple to get going. All you have to do is:

  1. Go to
  2. Login to your Amazon account
  3. Search for the Motor Neurone Disease Association and set them as your charity of choice
  4. Remember to switch on Amazon Smile within your app settings on your mobile too!

There is no way to specify which branch at this time, but the National MND Association will be really grateful for any donations, especially as we all choose to shop more online.

Every small donation helps contribute to the ongoing research to find a cure for MND.

Don’t forget to use the EasyFundraising plugin in your web browser for an even a higher percentage (1.5%) of Amazon donations direct to MNDA WSS!
